Shipping
All in-stock orders require up to 6 business days to process before shipping. Please allow processing time even for rush orders. All items will be shipped through a carrier chosen by Garden Buddies at Impulse Marketing. We typically will ship most items through the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service . Shipping time will depend on where the item is being shipped and what the is. Large orders or high demand items may take longer to process and ship. Garden Buddies may be able to accommodate rush orders, please contact us via e-mail or phone if a rush order is needed. Most orders are processed in the time frame specified above. However, we reserve the right, as stated by internet commerce laws, to take up to 30 days for delivery.
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. All purchases made from Garden Buddies are processed for shipment within seven days of receipt of payment confirmation. Should any of the you’ve ordered be out of stock you will be notified. In stock items will be shipped immediately and any back ordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Shipping cost will be charged only on the initial shipping. Back order shipping on the balance of an order will be at no cost to you.
Additional shipping rates may apply for all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, checks and money orders. Merchandise will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. No COD’s.
Returns
Please review our return policy prior to returning any merchandise. Returning any merchandise means that you understand and accept our return policy.
We want you to be happy and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase from Garden Buddies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email customer service to arrange an exchange or return within 10 days of first delivery attempt. No returns will be accepted without authorization from us, and they may be subjected to a 15% - 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs this includes but is not limited to freight, packaging, insurance, delivery and signature confirmations) on all items returned through no fault of our company. If returned items are damaged or broken, when received by our company no credit will be given unless the customer notifies Garden Buddies by Impulse Marketing at the same time the return merchandise RMA) is requested. Once an RMA has been issued the returned items must be shipped or postmarked within 5 days. All returned items must be in original packaging.
Please note that returns due to damage while in route to its destination are valid for domestic returns only. If you should receive a product that was damaged in route, please save original shipping materials and notify Garden Buddies within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Refused, carrier returned, or unclaimed shipments will NOT receive a refund of any monies paid to Garden Buddies. If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned the carrier will return said package to Garden Buddies. Garden Buddies will hold said package for 5 business days and will only re-ship the package to the customer again, after receiving a payment for reshipping and a 10% of the reshipment cost) handling fee. After Garden Buddies has held the shipment for 5 days with no response from the customer the customer waives all rights to the package and the monies paid to Garden Buddies.
Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in a FINAL SALE.
Cancellations
Canceled orders will be subjected to a fee of $1.00 plus a fee equal to 3% of the order total. Processed orders cannot be canceled. Once an order has been processed it is subjected to the terms of the return policy. Canceled orders will receive a cancellation number within 2 business days of request. Cancellation numbers will verify we have received your cancellation. |
